3 Fun Fall Craft Ideas

Fall…my favourite season, is finally here. To get into the fall spirit try out these 3 fun fall craft ideas! I have gathered a list of 3 simple and inexpensive craft ideas that are great for the classroom or at home to keep the kiddos busy this fall season.

Leaf Suncatchers

Here is a quick and easy suncatcher that you can make with the fallen leaves around you.

What you’ll need:

  • Transparent contact paper (sticky-back plastic)
  • Fresh leaves

Instructions:

  1. Cut off a rectangular piece of contact paper
  2. Fold the contact paper in half, then pull the paper covering off of the fold, exposing half of the sticky plastic
  3. Arrange your leaves on the sticky contact paper and press them down to adhere to the paper
  4. When you are happy with your design, remove the rest of the paper backing and fold it over the leaves and press down (try your best to avoid air bubbles)
  5. Hang in a sunny window with tape or tie a ribbon to hang it
